About Reno

Reno is an early-stage digital support platform currently in active development. It is designed to help families organize and share information, updates, resources, and support related to a medical treatment process. Reno is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency services; it should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care.

Any medical decisions must be made directly with qualified healthcare professionals. Reno is not an official medical record system and should not be used for emergencies, urgent medical decisions, or as the sole source of clinical information.

Donations

Donations to a patient are intended to support the stated medical and family-related expenses and go directly to their family. Reno displays fundraising information but does not process payments and does not guarantee the outcome of any treatment, campaign, payment processor, or third-party service. Contributions to the Reno platform are received transparently in the name of its author.

Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Reno platform — including its name, logo, design, interface, software, structure, content, and visual identity — are owned by Reno and/or its respective rights holders.

Responsible use

Public content is moderated. Sending offensive, false, or privacy-violating content is prohibited.
